Hi I’m Anita and welcome to life coaching for a work/life balance.

It is very easy to get side tracked and spend most of the time in work mode. The common reasons for a lack of a work/life balance are not having enough time or having too much to do.

Creating a healthy balance in life whether it’s within work or personal life will give you a sense of enjoying the best of both worlds. Having clear boundaries between your work/career and personal or ‘me’ time, is the way to enjoy life to the fullest.

This could mean focusing on some time management skills to find your own balance to meet your lifestyle. It could also mean identifying key priorities and finding the free time for you to be able to do all the things you really want to do.

The benefits of introducing a work/life balance are magically rewarding. Once you change your physical and thinking pattern, even just slightly you will reveal a new life in front of yourself.
